What does leadership mean to you?
To me, leadership means supporting each other along with helping each other grow. Being a good leader does not mean being bossy, because tearing people down doesn't help anyone. Instead, uplifting people and coaching them through hard times is how you help someone grow and collectively reach a goal.

What’s a value or principle you try to live by?
One principle I try to live by is "everything happens for a reason". This mindset helps me to not dwell on situations that aren't ideal because there is an underlying good part that I might not be able to see yet. It also helps me live life a little freer knowing that any setbacks I face are just opportunities to help me grow and get stronger.
