Biography

2025: Named Second Team All-Region by the National Field Hockey Coaches Association.... Named to the NFHCA NCAA Division III National Academic Squad.... NESCAC Fall All-Academic selection.... Donohue tied for third in the NESCAC in save percentage (.804) and ranked first with six shutouts.... Recorded three saves and picked up the shutout in a 2-0 win at Thomas College (Sept. 10).... Tallied three saves and picked up the shutout in a 1-0 win over Wesleyan (Sept. 20).... Recorded five saves in a 2-1 win over Amherst (Sept. 27).... Tallied five saves in a 2-1 win over Williams (Oct. 4).... Turned in a trio of superlative performances in the NESCAC tournament for Bates, propelling the Bobcats to the program's first conference title.... Four of Donohue's six shutouts came in the postseason.... Recorded a pair of saves and stopped four out of five shots in the shootout as Bates beat Hamilton 1-0 in the NESCAC quarterfinal (Nov. 1).... Became the first Bobcat in program history to be named the National Field Hockey Coaches Association Defensive Player of the Week, as she made a season-high 11 saves in the NESCAC semifinal against seven-time defending national champion Middlebury (Nov. 8).... Not only did Donohue shut out the Panthers, she also stopped four out of five shots in the shootout as Bates prevailed to move on to the championship game for the second straight season.... Then in the NESCAC championship game, Donohue matched her performance from the day before, once again making 11 saves as the Bobcats defeated Wesleyan 2-0 to clinch the program's first NESCAC championship (Nov. 9).... Recorded another shutout and made three saves in a 1-0 win over Amherst in the Sweet 16 of the NCAA tournament (Nov. 15).

2024: Named to the NFHCA Division III National Academic Squad.... Bates Female Rookie of the Year.... Saw action in 17 games, starting 16 in the cage as a rookie for the NESCAC runner-up and NCAA quarterfinalist Bobcats.... Played 1043:47 minutes in goal, making 73 saves for a save percentage of .777 on the season.... Posted a record of 12-4 for Bates.... Recorded four saves and earned her first collegiate win in a 2-1 victory over Thomas College (Sept. 18).... Tallied a save and picked up the win in a 3-2 victory over Bowdoin (Sept. 24).... Notched nine saves to earn the win in a 2-1 victory over Amherst (Sept. 28).... Earned the win in 45 minutes of action and did not allow a goal in a 6-0 victory over Vermont State Castleton (Sept. 29).... Made four saves and earned the win in a 2-1 victory over Hamilton (Oct. 6).... Earned the win in 67:33 minutes in goal, making one save in a 2-1 overtime victory over the University of New England (Oct. 9).... Recorded four saves and picked up her first career shutout, earning the win in a 1-0 victory over Connecticut College (Oct. 19).... Made a season-high 13 saves and picked up the win in a 6-2 victory over Colby (Oct. 29).... Tallied two saves and helped Bates win 2-1 in a sudden death shootout in the NESCAC quarterfinals against Wesleyan (Nov. 2).... Picked the win while making nine saves against eventual NCAA champion Middlebury as the Bobcats earned a 2-1 victory over the Panthers in the NESCAC semifinals (Nov. 9).... Made six saves and held Tufts scoreless for 80 minutes, getting credit for a shutout in the NESCAC championship game (Nov. 10).... Recorded a save and earned the win in a 4-1 victory over Stevens in the first round of the NCAA tournament (Nov. 13).... Tallied eight saves and earned the win as the Bobcats defeated Babson 2-1 in the second round of the NCAA tournament (Nov. 16).

Personal: 2024 graduate of The Madeira School (Va.) where she competed in field hockey and softball.
