What does leadership mean to you?
A leader is someone who does what is right, no matter what -not just for themselves, but for those around them.

What’s a failure or setback that taught you something valuable?
Last year, during my gap year, I didn’t hit the goal I set for myself in fitness testing. This lit a fire in me, pushing me to work harder in dryland training and focus on areas of the test where I needed improvement. I ended up scoring a new personal record on the next fitness test and learning to grow from my failures, instead of dwelling on them.

What’s a value or principle you try to live by?

I was born in France.
