Biography
2020-21: Team captain.
2019-20: Compiled an 8-8 individual record on the season, playing nine matches at the No. 3 position in Bates' lineup and seven at No. 4.
2018-19: Second Team All-NESCAC.... Posted a record of 11-10 as a sophomore for Bates while competing at the No. 3 position.... Competed at Individual Nationals after helping Bates finish fourth in the NESCAC and 21st in the nation.... Named NESCAC Men's Squash Player of the Week on Nov. 19, 2018.
2017-18: Posted a record of 10-9 as a first-year for Bates.... Competed at Individual Nationals after helping Bates finish second in the NESCAC.... Signature win was a 3-2 (5-11, 9-11, 11-8, 11-7, 11-3) victory at the No. 4 position over Carl Shuck of No. 21 Williams to clinch a 5-4 Bates win, the team's sixth straight over the Ephs (Jan. 13).... Less than a month later, Attia moved up to the No. 3 position and won another five-game match, this time over William Means, helping Bates defeat Williams for the seventh straight time, a 6-3 win in the NESCAC semifinals (Feb. 3).
