Senior Citation: Allison was the top-ranked hurdler in Division III throughout her senior year and the greatest sprinter and hurdler in team history. She is a three-time All-American and won both NESCAC Women’s Track & Field Field Performer of the Year and New England Regional Athlete of the Year honors in 2017.
2016-17: Team captain.
Indoor Highlights: NCAA Championships: Became the first Bates women's track & field athlete to win All-American honors in the 200-meter dash. She broke her own flat track Bates record with a time of 25.22 seconds, good for a 5th place finish and her first indoor All-American award.
Outdoor Highlights: NESCAC Spring All-Academic selection.... NCAA Championships: Placed third in the 100-meter hurdles to earn All-America honors.
2015-16:
Indoor Highlights: NCAA Championships: Placed ninth in the 60-meter hurdles at the NCAA Indoor Championships, missed finals and All-America honors by 0.01 seconds…. Making her NCAA Championship debut, Hill lowered her own team record again, with her trial time of 8.84 seconds, 0.02 under her previous best…. All eight finalists were seniors, giving Hill a bright outlook for her senior indoor season…. New England Division III Championships: Captured New England title in the 60-meter hurdles and shattered her own team record in the event, at 8.86 seconds; fourth place in 200-meter dash (25.94); fifth place in 4x200 relay (1:45.83)…. Maine State Meet: Top three in three events: second place in 200 meters (26.24), second in 60 hurdles (9.01), third in 60-meter dash (8.14).
Outdoor Highlights: NCAA Championships: Placed seventh in 100-meter hurdles, earning her first career All-America honor and becoming the 13th outdoor All-American in team history…. ECAC Championships: Placed sixth in 400-meter hurdles in personal-best time of 1:02.77; finished sixth in 4x100 relay, lowering team-record time to 47.99 seconds.…. Open New Englands: Third in 100 hurdles, with Bates-record time of 14.26 seconds; helped set Bates 4x100 relay record, placing seventh overall and second in Division III in 48.13 seconds…. New England Division III Championships: Won 100-meter hurdles title and broke her own then-team record in 14.45 seconds; sixth place in 4x100 relay (48.67); fifth place in 4x400 relay (3:57.73)…. NESCAC Championships: Won conference title in 400-meter hurdles (1:02.85), moving into second place on team all-time performance list; placed second in 100-meter hurdles, lowering her own team record to 14.50; third place (All-NESCAC) in 4x100 relay (48.50).
