Career: One of 48 Senior Scholar Award-winners, who have participated in varsity sports for four years and maintained a cumulative grade point average of 3.50 or better. 

2019-20: NESCAC Winter All-Academic selection.... Wraps up her Bates career as a 15-time All-American, after earning All-America honors in the 100 Fly, 200 Free Relay and the 400 Free Relay.... Helped Bates take fourth in the 400-yard freestyle relay at the NESCAC Championships.... Placed sixth in the 100 butterfly in 56.00 seconds, following a trial time of 55.76 at the NESCAC Championships.... Helped Bates place second in the 200-yard freestyle relay at the NESCAC Championships.... Placed seventh in the 50 free in 24.11 seconds, following a trial time of 24.05 at the NESCAC Championships.

2018-19: NESCAC Winter All-Academic selection.... Received CSCAA Scholar All-America honors, recognizing students that have achieved a grade point average of 3.50 or higher and have participated in their respective NCAA Swimming and Diving Championships.... Earned four All-America honors at the 2019 NCAA Championships, giving her 12 for her career through three seasons at Bates.... Helped Bates place 8th in the 200 Medley Relay, 13th in the 200 Freestyle Relay, 15th in the 400 Freestyle Relay and 16th in the 400 Medley Relay at NCAAs.... Ho has now been a member of the only two Bates relay teams in program history to record Top-8 finishes at the NCAA Championships.

2017-18: NESCAC Winter All-Academic selection.... Received CSCAA Scholar All-America honors, recognizing students that have achieved a grade point average of 3.50 or higher and have participated in their respective NCAA Swimming and Diving Championships.... Member of the 400-yard freestyle relay team that became Bates' first-ever relay team to swim in an NCAA championship final, beating out Wesleyan for the eight-team field by 0.37 seconds.... In the championship final, Ho out-swam Calvin's Abby VanHarn in the anchor leg to seize sixth place by 0.45 seconds with a time of 3:26.39.... Also earned All-America honors in the 200-yard medley relay (10th), the 200-yard freestyle relay (11th), the 800-yard freestyle relay (11th) and the 400-yard medley relay (14th).

2016-17: Received CSCAA Scholar All-America honors, recognizing students that have achieved a grade point average of 3.50 or higher and have participated in their respective NCAA Swimming and Diving Championships.... Earned three All-America honors at the NCAA Championships as a first-year.... Helped Bates take 10th in the 400-yard freestyle relay and 12th in the 200-yard freestyle relay.... Ho also placed 12th in the 100-yard butterfly at nationals.
