2023

Outdoor Highlights: Helped the Bates 4x400 relay team place fourth at the New England Division III Championships in 3:21.63 (May 6).... Helped the Bates 4x100 relay team take fourth at the NESCAC Championships in 42.04 seconds, a new school record, also took seventh in the 400 meters (49.72 seconds) and helped the Bates 4x400 relay team finish eighth in 3:26.24 at NESCACs (April 29).... Finished second in the 400 meters in 49.39 seconds, the 10th fastest mark in Bates history, and helped the Bates 4x400 relay team finish second in 3:19.34, the seventh fastest mark in Bates history, at the UMASS Commonwealth Invitational (April 15).... Ran a career-best 100-meter dash in 11.42 seconds and helped the Bates 4x100 relay team win in 42.51 seconds at the RPI Tri-Meet (April 8).... Won the 400 meters in 50.16 seconds and set a personal-record in the 200 meters at 22.81 seconds, good for fourth place at the Bates College Quad Meet (April 1).

Indoor Highlights: Broke through the 50-second barrier in the 400 meters, finishing 10th at the New England Division III Championships in 49.92 seconds, the fifth fastest indoor 400 in Bates history (Feb. 25).... Won the 400 meters in 50.90 seconds at the Lynn Ruddy Invitational (Feb. 18).... Helped Bates take second in the 4x400 relay in 3:29.10 and took fourth in the 400 meters in 52.04 seconds at the Maine State Meet (Feb. 4).... Helped Bates place second in the 4x400 relay in 3:28.05 at the Bates Invitational (Jan. 21).

2022

Outdoor Highlights: NESCAC Spring All-Academic selection.... Helped Bates take eighth in the 4x400 relay (3:25.81) at the New England Division III Championships (May 5-7).... Helped Bates take sixth in the 4x400 relay (3:23.58) and seventh in the 4x100 relay (43.49) at the NESCAC Championships (April 30).... Won the C. Ray Thompson 400 meters in a personal record time of 50.22 seconds and helped Bates win the 4x400 relay in 3:26.99 at the Maine State Classic (April 23).

Indoor Highlights: NESCAC Winter All-Academic selection.... Did not compete in any indoor meets.

2021 

Outdoor Highlights: NESCAC Spring All-Academic selection.... Won the 400 meters (52.24) and helped Bates win the 4x400 relay (3:30.12) at the Bates, Bowdoin, Colby Meet #3 (May 1).

Personal: 2019 graduate of Belmont Hill School (Mass.) where he competed in track & field and ice hockey.
