2024: Team captain.... NESCAC Fall All-Academic selection.... Competed at the NCAA Division III East Region Cross Country Championships and placed 38th with a time of 26:02.6 (Nov. 16).... Took 52nd at the NESCAC Championships with a time of 25:59 (Nov. 2).... Placed 75th with a season-best 8K time of 25:42.4 at the Connecticut College Invitational (Oct. 19).... Placed 11th in the Maine State Championship in 26:21.7 (Sept. 21).
2023: NESCAC Fall All-Academic selection.... Competed at the NESCAC Cross Country Championships and placed 115th in 26:32.8 (Oct. 28).... Ran a season-best time of 26:32.8 at the Connecticut College Invitational (Oct. 14).
2022: Missed most of the cross country season due to injury.... Competed at the Connecticut College Invitational and placed 290th in 28:00.4 (Oct. 15).
Personal: 2022 graduate of Green Canyon High School (Utah) where he competed in cross country and track & field.
