Career: Only two-time All-American in Bates women's cross country history.... Part of the two best finishes ever by a Bates women's cross country team at NCAAs (2019 and 2022, 14th place both years).... One of 89 Senior Scholar Award-winners, who have participated in varsity sports for four years and maintained a cumulative grade point average of 3.50 or better. 

2022: Team captain.... Bates nominee for NCAA Woman of the Year.... Earned All-America honors at the NCAA Championships, placing 28th out of 293 individuals in the race with a time of 22:36.4 as the Bobcats matched their best showing ever, taking 14th place as a team (Nov. 19).... Became the first Bates women's cross country runner in 30 years to win a regional title when she took home the NCAA East Regional Championship with a time of 21:41.1 (Nov. 12).... Placed third at the NESCAC Championships with a career-best 6K time of 21:33.5 (Oct. 29).... Placed third at the Connecticut College Invitational in 21:36.4 (Oct. 15).... Won the Maine State Championship with a career-best 5K time of 17:48 (Oct. 1).... Won the Bates Super XC Shootout in 18:35 (Sept. 17).... Named to the College Sports Communicators Women's XC/Track & Field Academic All-District® Team.... USTFCCCA All-Academic selection.... NESCAC Fall All-Academic selection.... Named to the NESCAC Fall All-Sportsmanship team.

2021: Earned All-America honors at the NCAA Championships, placing 33rd out of 293 runners with a season-best 6K time of 21:42.7, leading Bates to a 16th place showing overall (Nov. 20)....  Placed fourth among 221 individuals to lead six Bobcats who earned NCAA All-East Region honors for a top-35 individual finish, covering the 6-kilometer course in 22:34.3 at the NCAA East Regional Championships (Nov. 13).... Claimed First Team All-NESCAC honors for her top-seven individual finish at the NESCAC Championships, her second All-NESCAC honor in as many opportunities, finishing the 6-kilometer course at Wickham Park in 23:30.9 (Oct. 31).... Finished ninth out of 206 runners in the meet's "Blue Race" for teams' top eight runners to lead the Bobcats at the Connecticut College Invitational, covering the 6-kilometer course at Harkness State Park in 22:10.9 (Oct. 16).... Covered the 5-kilometer course at Pineland Farms in a career-best 18:39, first out of 120 runners, to become Bates' first individual state champion since Katherine Cook in 2017 (Oct. 2).... Took third place overall in 18:44.4 at the Bates Super XC Shootout (Sept. 18).... NESCAC Fall All-Academic selection.

2020: NESCAC Fall All-Academic selection.... No season due to COVID-19 pandemic.

2019: Finished 56th out of 280 runners in 22:24.2 to lead Bates to a program-best 14th place finish at the NCAA Division III Championships (Nov. 23).... Finished 15th out of 380 competitors in a season-best 6K time of 21:59.0, winning NCAA All-Region honors with her top-35 overall finish at the New England Regional Championships (Nov. 16).... Placed ninth out of 146 runners at the NESCAC Championships, finishing the 6-kilometer course in 22:45.5, to become Bates' first All-NESCAC rookie since the 1990s (Nov. 2).... Placed 14th out of 283 runners in 22:02.9 at the Oberlin College Inter-Regional Rumble (Oct. 19).... Took third place among 143 individuals, covering the 5-kilometer course in 19:29.2 to lead the Bobcats at the Maine State Meet (Oct. 5).... Led the Bobcats by placing eighth overall out of 87 runners, running the 5-kilometer home course in 18:45.0 at the Bates Invitational (Sept. 14).
