Career: One of two winners (along with women's soccer's Sophie Martens) of the Milton L. Lindholm Scholar-Athlete Award, going to the varsity letter-winning athletes from a men's team and a women's team with the highest cumulative grade point averages.... One of 89 Senior Scholar Award-winners, who have participated in varsity sports for four years and maintained a cumulative grade point average of 3.50 or better. 

2022: Team captain.... Named Second Team Academic All-America® by College Sports Communicators.... Second Team All-NESCAC.... Named to the College Sports Communicators Men's XC/Track & Field Academic All-District® Team.... Earned USTFCCCA All-Academic honors.... NESCAC Fall All-Academic selection.... Competed at the NCAA Cross Country Championship and placed third on the team and 89th overall in 26:01.7 (Nov. 19).... Ran a career-best 8K time of 24:39.6 and placed 13th at the NESCAC Cross Country Championship (Oct. 29).... Earned All-State honors with a second-place showing (24:49.2) at the Maine State Meet (Oct. 1).

2021: NESCAC Fall All-Academic selection.... Finished second on the team and 23rd overall in 26:04.8 at the NESCAC Championships (Oct. 31).... Ran a season-best time of 25:51.4 at the Connecticut College Invitational.... Took home All-State honors by placing fourth out of 126 runners in 26:05.8 at the Maine State Meet (Oct. 2).

2020: NESCAC Fall All-Academic selection.... No season due to COVID-19.

2019: Finished 209th overall out of 280 runners in 26:09.8 at the NCAA Championships.... Finished 36th out of 384 runners and was the sixth rookie to cross the finish line in 25:50.6 at the NCAA Division III New England Regional Championships.... Led the Bobcats and placed 22nd out of 145 runners at the NESCAC Championships with a time of 26:30.2, third-fastest among all first-year athletes.... Placed 28th out of 339 runners at the Oberlin Inter-Regional Rumble in a season-best time of 25:17.4.... Led the Bobcats for the first time with a third-place finish out of 157 runners at the Maine State Meet, covering the 8-kilometer course in 26:08.3 and earning All-State honors.
