CAMBRIDGE, Mass. -- The Bates College men's tennis team lost at MIT on Wednesday, dropping their record to 5-4 this year.
First-year Mike Sherman (Huntington, N.Y.) was Bates' loan winner at singles, winning at the No. 4 position. Bates earned the doubles point with wins at first doubles (Will Boe-Wiegaard and Tristan Beach) and second doubles (Greg Little and Josh Feinberg).
Bates will host Brandeis on April 1.
