Ramos advanced all the way to the B Flight singles semifinals of the Wallach Invitational over the weekend. He started the weekend by beating Trinity's Bud Fisher by a score of 6-3, 6-3. Then he pulled off a huge come-from-behind three-set quarterfinal win over Colby's Sriram Das, taking the match 0-6, 7-6 (5), 11-9. Ramos' impressive run ended in the semifinals when he lost to eventual flight champion Marcus Carlsson, 7-6, 6-1.
