Bates men's track and field senior captain Ned Farrington broke his own school record in the 1,500 meters, highlighting the Farley Inter Regional Extravaganza for the Bobcats.
Farrington raced to the finish in an impressive 3:45.81, good for second place in a field of 41 athletes. Farrington's time breaks his previous best, a NESCAC championship-winning, and then school-record-setting, mark of 3:48.58, achieved just two weeks ago.
