Charpentier placed in the top three in the shot put at the New England Division III Championships, ripping off a throw of 52-2 (15.90m) on his second-to-last attempt of the day. He also performed well in the discus, placing fourth with his personal-record throw of 151-6 (46.19m) coming on his final heave of the event.
