Hughes tallied a career-high 19 points on 6-9 shooting to pace the Bobcats in a 65-54 win over Middlebury on Friday. She hit 5-7 from three-point range in the contest and grabbed seven rebounds. The rookie followed that up by nearly tallying a double-double in an 86-70 win over Williams on Saturday, finishing with 10 points and a team-high nine rebounds. She hit 2-4 from three-point range against the Ephs, capping off a remarkable week from beyond the arc, as she finished 7-11 overall from deep. Hughes ranks third on the team this year in scoring and second in field goal percentage.

The Bobcats have won nine in a row and are tied with Bowdoin for first place in the NESCAC, as both teams are 6-0 in conference play. The two teams play Friday at 7pm in Alumni Gym.
