Cote scored the game-winning goal in overtime to propel the Bates field hockey team to a big 2-1 NESCAC victory over Trinity in Hartford. Cote scored unassisted when she drove the ball into the circle, shook a defender, and fired a shot while on the run that found the back of the cage. Cote finished the game with seven shots, six on goal. Her seven shots matched the entire Trinity team's total in the contest.
