Senior captain Ned Farrington led a trio of Bobcats who placed in the top 10 Sunday at the Bates Invitational, as Bates took second place out of six schools in the 8-kilometer race held at Roy's Disc Golf. 

Farrington (Cohasset, Mass.) raced to the finish in 26:02.6, good for runner-up honors out of 97 runners.
