Senior Ariana Dalia recorded a double-double and the Bates women's basketball team defeated Maine Maritime Academy 67-42 Sunday afternoon at Alumni Gym.
Dalia (Brick, N.J.) recorded 12 points on 5-8 shooting and grabbed 11 rebounds, blocking three shots and tallying three steals as well for the Bobcats.
On Tuesday, Dalia led a big defensive effort for the Bobcats in a 72-62 win over Southern Maine, finishing with eight points, nine rebounds, four blocked shots and two assists. Dalia also played a key role in the fourth quarter, tallying six points on 3-3 shooting with five rebounds, an assist and a blocked shot.
