Senior captain Allison Hill won three events, leading the women's track and field team a second place finish at the NESCAC Championships, their best-ever finish at the meet, which began in 1984.

Hill missed the meet's 100 hurdles record of 14.35 seconds by only 0.01 with her trial time of 14.36. She then blew away the competition in the final, beating runner-up Maddie Pronovost of Middlebury by 0.45 seconds with her time of 14.38.

Hill followed that by claiming the conference title in the 200-meter dash in a team-record time of 24.82 seconds, slashing 0.67 seconds off of the former mark of 25.49 previously shared by Hill and Dana Lindauer '11.

Bates won the 4x100 relay race in 48.30 seconds, 0.30 ahead of runner-up Trinity, with Hill running the second leg. Junior Sally Ceesay led off the race, followed by Hill, first-year Anna Beaudet and senior Claire Markonic.
