McComish won twice at the No. 7 position in a 2-0 week for the Bobcats. He was the only Bates men's squash player to win both his matches against No. 20 Colby and No. 15 Middlebury respectively, both 5-4 wins for Bates.

He defeated Colby's Jason Brodo 3-0 (11-6, 17-15, 11-7) on Wednesday and followed that up with a 3-1 (11-8, 11-9, 9-11, 11-9) victory over Middlebury's Wiatt Hinton on Thursday. 

The No. 21 nationally ranked Bates men's squash team is 9-4 on the season, having won seven straight matches since a 2-4 start. McComish has a personal record of 9-4 and has won five straight matches individually. 

The Bobcats face their stiffest test of the season so far from a team not named Trinity when No. 13 Franklin & Marshall comes to town this Saturday. The match is set for 12pm.
