McClure was productive in all three games in a 3-0 week for the Bobcats. He recorded two goals and an assist in the snow Tuesday against Emerson without turning the ball over. Then he recorded a career-high seven points, scoring five goals and dishing out two assists Saturday against Trinity in a 14-8 win for Bates. He followed that up Sunday with two goals and an assist in a 17-6 win over Wheaton (Mass.). McClure also tallied 10 ground balls on the week as Bates is 6-0 and off to their best start to a season since 2017.
