2019: Senior Scholar Award recipient.

Outdoor Highlights: NESCAC Spring All-Academic selection.... Competed at the NESCAC Championships and finished 11th in the 3,000-meter steeplechase.... Placed second in the 3,000-meter steeplechase in a career-best time of 12:25.23 at the Aloha Relays.

Indoor Highlights: NESCAC Winter All-Academic selection.... Ran the mile in 5:35.97 at the Valentine Invitational.... Took fifth place (10:58.16) in the 3,000-meter run at the Maine State championship.... Placed second in the 3,000 meters with a career-best time of 10:57.13 at the USM Invitational.... Helped Bates win the 4x800 relay in a time of 10:09.53 at the Bates Invitational.

2018

Outdoor Highlights: NESCAC Spring All-Academic selection.

Indoor Highlights: NESCAC Winter All-Academic selection.... Helped Bates take second in the 4x800 relay at the Maine state championship.... Took third in the 800 meters (2:33.16) at the USM Invitational.

2017

Outdoor Highlights: NESCAC Spring All-Academic selection.

Indoor Highlights: NESCAC Winter All-Academic selection.... Maine State Meet: Fourth place in the 800 meters (2:27.39).

2016

Outdoor Highlights: New England Division III Championships: Third place in 4x800 relay (9:21.77).... Recorded a career-best time of 4:45.81 and placed 12th in the 1,500 meters at the NESCAC Championships.

Indoor Highlights: New England Division III Championships: Sixth place in distance medley relay (12:40.31).... Ran a career-best time of 3:08.97 and took third in the 1,000 meters at the USM Invitational.... Placed fifth with a career-best time of 5:20.47 in the mile run at the Maine State championship.... Ran a career-best time of 2:22.84 in the 800 meters at the Valentine Invitational.
