2019: Team captain.

Outdoor Highlights: Placed seventh in the shot put, with a top distance of 38-2.75 and also placed 15th in the hammer (134-11) and 21st in the discus (105-6) at the New England Division III Championships.... Placed third in the hammer throw with a top effort or 140-3 at the NESCAC Championships, winning her third career All-NESCAC honor for the top-three finish.... Hughes also placed fourth in the shot put (36-7) at NESCACs.... Took first place in the hammer throw (139-2), placed second in the shot put (38-4.25) and fourth in the discus (106-5) at the Aloha Relays.... Placed third in the shot put (39-3.25) and fifth in the hammer (133-7) at the UNH Wildcat Invitational....  Won the shot put (37-6.75) and placed third in the discus (112-6) and fourth in the hammer (129-9) at the MIT Quad Meet.

Indoor Highlights: Received USTFCCCA Division III All-Region honors in the weight throw.... Threw the 20-pound weight 48 feet and 2 inches at the Tufts National Qualifying Meet.... Took sixth place in the weight throw (49-1) and eighth place in the shot put (37-8.5) at the New England Division III Indoor Championships.... Won the weight throw at the Bowdoin Invitational with a career-best distance of 52-6.5, over 28 inches farther than the previous personal record she established two weeks earlier, moving her into sixth place on Bates' all-time performance list.... Hughes was also second out of 20 athletes in the shot put (38-6.25) at the Bowdoin Invite.... Won the weight throw (50-1.75) and placed second in the shot put (37-10.75) at the Maine State Meet.... Placed second in the weight throw (47-6.5) and came in fourth in the shot put (38-2.75) at the USM Invitational.... Won the weight throw (48-6) and placed second in the shot put (36-0.75) at the Bates Invitational.... Took first place in both the shot put (36-7.5) and weight throw (47-3.75) at the MIT Tri-Meet.

2018: Team captain.

Outdoor Highlights: Led Bates on the second day of the New England Division III Outdoor Championships by posting two career-best performances, taking fourth place in the shot put (39-9) and seventh place in the hammer throw (151-11).... Placed 17th out of 26 in the discus throw (107-7.25) at the New England Division III Outdoor Championships.... Claimed All-NESCAC honors, placing second in the hammer throw at the NESCAC Championships, with a top effort of 137-5, after placing third in the event a year ago.... Hughes also placed sixth in the shot put (38-0) at NESCACs.... Won the hammer throw (143-6) and finished second in the shot put (37-3.75) at the Aloha Relays.... Won the shot put (38-6), and placed fifth in the discus (114-4) and fifth in the hammer (135-0) at the UNH Wildcat Invitational.... Placed third in the hammer throw (137-2) and fourth in the shot put (36-3) at the Tufts Quad Meet.

Indoor Highlights: Threw the 20-pound weight 44 feet, 11.5 inches, fifth best out of nine women at the Tufts National Qualifying Meet.... Won the shot put (36-5) and took second place in the weight throw (47-11.75) at the Maine State Open.... Won both the shot put (38-8.75) and weight throw (48-1.75) at the Maine State Meet.... Won both the weight throw (48-1.25) and the shot put (36-10.75) at the USM Invitational.... Placed first in the weight throw (13.93 meters) and second in the shot put (10.91) at the Bates Invitational.... Third in both the shot put (35-7.25) and the weight throw (43-9.75) in Bates' season-opening meet with Colby and MIT.

2017

Outdoor Highlights: NESCAC Championships: Third place in the hammer throw (143-8); Fourth place in shot put (38-10.25).

Indoor Highlights: Maine State Meet: Won the shot put (39-7) and finished fourth in the weight throw (45-8.50). 

2016

Outdoor Highlights: NESCAC Championships: Fifth place in shot put (36-7.75); sixth place in hammer throw (131-9).
