What does leadership mean to you?
Leadership is not mastery in any one field, nor a manipulative grip, it is influence in the most difficult of times, and a clear case for a vision, among myriad of many other visions.
What experience—big or small—has made a surprising impact on you?
Underestimating myself, and overestimating others.
What’s a failure or setback that taught you something valuable?
I fell every, single alpine ski race of the season, and I learned that getting up and finishing the race each time was a win in itself.

I have well over 300 Spotify playlists, and I try to make a playlist every week.
