Outdoor Highlights: NESCAC Spring All-Academic selection.... Placed sixth in the hammer throw with a career-best toss of 131-2 (39.97m) at the Pine Tree Classic (April 19).... Took fourth in the javelin with a career-best toss of 102-1 (31.11m) at the Carla Coffey Invitational (April 12).

Indoor Highlights: NESCAC Winter All-Academic selection.... Placed sixth in the weight throw with a heave of 40-6 (12.34m) and 15th in the shot put with a career-best throw of 30-7.5 (9.33m) at the Maine State Meet (Feb. 8).

2024

Outdoor Highlights: NESCAC Spring All-Academic selection.... Competed at the NESCAC Championships and placed 17th in the discus with a top throw of 81-2 (24.75m).... Placed seventh in the hammer throw with a season-best effort of 129-2 (39.37m) at the Pine Tree Classic (April 20).... Recorded a season-best heave in the discus with a mark of 99-8 (30.37m) at the Black & Gold Invitational (March 30).

Indoor Highlights: NESCAC Winter All-Academic selection.... Placed fourth in the weight throw with a top effort of 40-0.5 (12.20m) at the Lynn Ruddy Invitational (Feb. 10).... Placed eighth in the weight throw with a mark of 38-11 (11.86m) at the Maine State Meet (Feb. 3).... Took fifth in the weight throw with a season-best mark of 41-3.25 (12.58m) at the Bates Invitational (Jan. 20).

2023

Outdoor Highlights: Competed at the NESCAC Championships and recorded a season-best throw in the hammer at 117-7 (35.83m) and the discus at 94-1 (28.68m), good for 11th and 13th place respectively (April 29).... Finished seventh in three events at the RPI Tri-Meet, throwing the shot put 27-9.25 (8.46m), the discus 89-6 (27.27m), and the hammer 110-4 (33.62m) (April 8).... Took eighth in the hammer throw with a top effort of 112-9 (34.36m) and eighth in the discus with a top effort of 81-2 (24.75m) at the Bates College Quad Meet (April 1).

Indoor Highlights: Took seventh in the weight throw with a top effort of 37-10.5 (11.54m) at the Lynn Ruddy Invite (Feb. 18).... Finished seventh in the weight throw with a top effort of 38-8.25 (11.79m) and recorded a season-best throw in the shot put with a heave of 29-10.25 (9.10m) at the Maine State Meet (Feb. 4).... Recorded a season-best distance of 39-1.75 (11.93m) in the weight throw, good for eighth place at the Bates Invitational (Jan. 21).
