What does leadership mean to you? 
Leadership is one of the most important traits that a person can have. It means that you know how to help move a group towards a shared goal in the most efficient manner. Whether you lead from the front, middle, or back of the group is totally dependent on the dynamics in a group, and a good leader knows where they are needed most.

What experience—big or small—has made a surprising impact on you?
Before I decided to commit myself to running, my times illustrated my lack of determination and commitment. When I committed myself, it was cool to see my efforts in practice reflected in vastly improved race times.

What’s a value or principle you try to live by? I try to live by the principle of putting my all into everything that I do. I do not like to attempt something half-heartedly.
