Entering the 2025-26 season, Palmer ranks in the top 10 all-time at Bates in these events:

100-yard breaststroke, 1st (1:02.50).

200-yard breaststroke, 1st (2:16.41).

50-yard breaststroke, 2nd (28.99).

200-yard medley relay, 3rd (1:43.53) and 10th (1:44.30). Top breaststroke split of 27.96 (1st). 

400-yard medley relay, 3rd (3:47.27). Top breaststroke split of 1:02.63 (1st).

2024-25: CSCAA Scholar All-American.... Broke her own program record in the 200-yard breaststroke with her time of 2:16.41 in the consolation final, good for 10th place overall and All-America honors at the NCAA Championships (March 22).... Broke her own school record in the 100-yard breaststroke in the morning prelim at NCAAs, racing to the finish in 1:02.50.... Then she won the consolation final in 1:02.73 at night, taking ninth place overall and earning All-America honors.... Palmer's swim in the final was particularly impressive, as she was last at the turn, rallying to win the race over the last 50 yards (March 21).... Selected to the College Sports Communicators Swimming & Diving Academic All-District® Team.... NESCAC Winter All-Academic selection.

2023-24: CSCAA Scholar All-American.... Earned All-America honors in two events at the 2024 NCAA Championships, helping Bates take 13th in the 400-yard medley relay in 3:48.29 and 16th in the 200-yard medley relay in 1:44.56 (March 20-23).... Earned All-NESCAC honors in the 200-yard medley relay (1:44.30) and the 400-yard medley relay (3:47.27) by helping Bates to a pair of third-place finishes at the NESCAC Championships (Feb. 15-18).

Personal: 2023 graduate of Brunswick (Maine) High School where she competed in swimming and field hockey.
