What does leadership mean to you?
Strong leadership is about making every individual voice feel heard, while also serving as a voice of guidance for those who need it.

What experience—big or small—has made a surprising impact on you?
Working at a grocery store in high school really made me come to appreciate the people in my community I didn’t normally interact with as a teenager.

What’s a failure or setback that taught you something valuable?
My senior year AP tests didn’t go as I had hoped, and it really emphasized the importance of hard work and time management for me.

What’s a value or principle you try to live by?
Honesty
