Biography

Career: One of 92 Senior Scholar Award-winners, who have participated in varsity sports for four years and maintained a cumulative grade point average of 3.50 or better. 

2023-24: Team captain.... Second Team All-NESCAC.... IRCA Scholar-Athlete.... NESCAC Spring All-Academic selection.... Rowed in the third seat of the first varsity eight at the IRA National Championship regatta as the crew took fifth place with a time of 5:50.717 in the grand final of the "D3" race (June 1).... Rowed in the seventh seat of the first varsity eight at the National Invitational Rowing Championship as the Bobcats placed sixth in a very fast grand final, crossing the line in 6:04.801 (May 12).... Rowed in the seventh seat of the first varsity eight at the New England Rowing Championship as the Bobcats placed sixth in the grand final in 6:04.609 (May 4).

2022-23: IRCA First Team All-American.... Second Team All-NESCAC.... IRCA Scholar-Athlete.... NIRC All-Academic selection.... NESCAC Spring All-Academic selection.... Rowed in the seventh seat for the Bates first varsity eight, as the Bobcats took home a bronze medal in the "D3 race" at the IRA National Championship Regatta.... Rowed in the seventh seat of the first varsity eight as the Bobcats finished 11th out of 41 boats in the Collegiate Eights race at the Head of the Charles Regatta.

2021-22: Rowed in the sixth seat of the first varsity eight as the Bobcats placed fourth in the D3 race at the IRA National Championship Regatta.... Rowed in the fourth seat of the first varsity eight as the Bobcats took home the overall points trophy at the National Invitational Rowing Championship.

2020-21: Rowed in the seventh seat of the second varsity eight as the Bobcats competed at the IRA National Championship Regatta for the second time in program history.
