Outdoor Highlights: Delivered a career-best hammer throw (166-11) at the MIT Final Qualifying Meet.... Placed 14th in the discus throw (131-7) at the New England Division III Championships.... Placed fourth in the hammer throw (152-4) and sixth in the discus (career-best 132-4) at the NESCAC Championships.... Took second place in the hammer throw (157-10), fourth place in the discus (127-8) and fifth in the shot put (career-best 42-3.25) at the Maine State Men's Outdoor Track & Field Championships.... Placed third in the hammer throw (161-9) at the MIT Quad Meet.

Indoor Highlights: Finished ninth in the weight throw (career-best 52-5.25) at the New England Division III Indoor Championships.... Took second place in the weight throw (51-8.5) at the Bowdoin Invitational.... Placed second in the weight throw (50-10) and fifth in the shot put (41-10) at the Maine State Indoor Championships.... Placed third in the weight throw (49-2.5) at the USM Invitational.... Took second place in the weight throw (49-11.25) and fourth in the shot put (40-3.25) at the Bates Invitational.... Placed third in the weight throw (49-3) at the Bates, Colby, MIT Tri-Meet.

2018

Outdoor Highlights: Paced eighth in the hammer throw (160-2) at the UNH Wildcat Invitational.... Placed third in the hammer throw (155-0) at the Tufts Quad Meet.

Indoor Highlights: Tallied a season-best in the weight throw (50-11) at the Tufts National Qualifying Meet.... Took third place in the weight throw (49-5.75) at the Maine State Open.... Finished third in the weight throw (49-8.5) at the Maine State Indoor Championships.... Won the weight throw (49-7) at the USM Invitational.... Took second place in the weight throw (50-0.5) at the Bates Invitational.... Finished fourth in the weight throw (48-8) at the Bates-Colby-MIT Tri Meet.

2017 

Outdoor Highlights Placed fourth in the hammer throw (144-8) against MIT, Tufts and RPI.... Placed third in the hammer throw (151-04) at the Maine State Men's Outdoor Championships.... Placed eighth in the hammer throw (147-00) at the NESCAC Championships.... Threw the hammer a season-best 157-3 at the MIT Final Qualifying Meet.

Indoor Highlights: Placed third in the weight throw (44-5.5) against MIT and Colby.... Placed fourth in the weight throw (48-4) to help Bates win the Maine State Men's Indoor Championships.

2016

Outdoor Highlights: Competed at the New England Division III Outdoor Championships as a first-year and placed 23rd in the hammer throw (123-0).... Placed sixth in the hammer throw (146-0) and seventh in the shot put (37-11.5) at the Maine State Meet.

Indoor Highlights: Third in the weight throw (42-11.5) at the Bates Invitational.
