Outdoor Highlights: NESCAC Spring All-Academic selection.... Competed at the New England Division III Outdoor Championship and took sixth in the 400 meters with a personal-record time of 49.06 seconds while also helping Bates place fifth in the 4x100 relay in 42.16 seconds (May 2-3).... Helped Bates place fourth in the 4x100 relay in 42.18 seconds and seventh in the 4x400 relay in 3:19.96 at the NESCAC Championship (April 26).... Took sixth in the 200 meters in 22.69 seconds at the Maine State Intercollegiate Championship (April 18-19).... Placed runner-up in the 400 meters in 51.56 seconds and helped Bates take second in the 4x400 relay in 3:31.15 at the Carla Coffey Invitational (April 11-12).... Helped Bates take fourth in the 4x400 relay in 3:33.69 at the UMASS Flagship Opener (April 5).... Ran a personal-record time of 11.35 seconds in the 100-meter dash at the Wesleyan Swanson Invitational (March 22).

Indoor Highlights: NESCAC Winter All-Academic selection.... Helped Bates place second in the Distance Medley Relay in 10:04.72 and sixth in the 4x400 relay in 3:18.92 at the New England Division III Indoor Championship (Feb. 28-March 1).... Placed third in the 400 meters in 51.21 seconds at the Bobcat Tune-up (Feb. 22).... Set a personal record in the 200 meters with a time of 22.49 seconds at the John Thomas Terrier Classic (Jan. 31-Feb. 1).... Placed third in the 400 meters in 51.77 seconds at the Bates Invitational (Jan. 18).... Helped Bates win the 4x400 relay in 3:27.46 at the Suffolk Relays (Jan. 11).  

2024

Outdoor Highlights: Competed at the New England Division III Outdoor Championship and helped the Bates 4x400 relay team place eighth in 3:23.00 (May 4).... Ran a season-best time of 51.66 seconds in the 400 meters at the NESCAC Championships (April 27).... Placed sixth in the 400 meters in 53.56 seconds at the Wesleyan Swanson Invite (March 23).

Indoor Highlights: Placed second in the 200 meters in 23.26 seconds at the Colby Invitational (Feb. 17).... Won the 400 meters in 52.71 seconds at the Lynn Ruddy Invitational (Feb. 10).... Helped the Bates 4x400 relay team place sixth in 3:30.37 at Middlebury's New England Small College Invite (Jan. 28).... Placed sixth in the 400 meters in 53.01 seconds and took seventh in the 60-meter dash, recording a season-best time of 7.38 seconds in the prelims, at the Bates Invitational (Jan. 20).... Helped Bates win the 4x400 relay in 3:28.86 at the Brandeis Reggie Poyau Memorial Meet (Jan. 13).... Helped the Bates 4x400 relay team take fifth place in 3:31.22 and finished ninth in the 200 meters with a season-best time of 23.05 seconds at the Joe Donahue Games (Dec. 8, 2023).

Personal: 2023 graduate of Wellesley (Mass.) High School where he competed in track & field, soccer, and basketball.
