2017-18: Team captain.... Named to the 2018 NESCAC Spring All-Sportsmanship Team.

2016-17:

Indoor Highlights: Placed third in the 600 meters (1:24.12) and helped the Bobcats win the 4x400 relay in 3:27.88 against MIT and Colby.... Finished third in the 1,000 meters with a time of 2:35.88 and helped Bates finish second in the 4x800 relay (8:07.50).... Helped Bates finish first in the distance medley relay race held with a time of 10:00.74, was 0.02 seconds off of his personal-best time in the 400-meter dash, finishing in 50.47 seconds, and helped the Bobcats run the 4x400 relay in 3:21.66, ninth best in program history, at the John Thomas Terrier Classic.... Won the 600-meter run in 1:23.58 and helped Bates win the 4x800 relay on the way to the Bobcats' Maine State Championship.... Helped the Bobcats achieve a record-breaking performance in the DMR at Boston University's David Hemery Valentine Invitational, with a time of 9:49.74, the sixth-fastest DMR ever run by a Division III team, also led Bates in the 800 meters with his time of 1:55.69.... Took second place in the 600-meter run with a career-best time of 1:22.44 and helped Bates take fifth place in the 4x400 relay at the New England Division III Men's Indoor Championships.... Helped the 4x400 relay team finish 11th (3:21.68) at Open New Englands.... Helped Bates finish in 10th place with a time of 10:08.21 in the DMR at the NCAA Championships.

Outdoor Highlights: Helped Bates win the 4x400 relay in 3:24.78 against Maine and New Hampshire.... Finished third in the 800-meter run as Bates swept the top five places against MIT, Tufts and RPI.... Took second place in the 800-meter run (1:55.01) and helped Bates take second in the 4x400 relay at the UNH Wildcat Invitational.... Helped Bates break the meet record in the 4x400 relay at the Maine State Men's Outdoor Championships (3:21.26) and he finished third in the 400-meter dash (50.19).... Helped Bates take second in the 4x800 relay (7:50.68) at the NESCAC Championships.... Placed seventh in the 800 meters in 1:54.28 and helped Bates place seventh in the 4x400 relay at the New England Division III Outdoor Championships.... Finished 16th with a time of 1:53.24 in the 800-meters at Open New Englands.... Flynn's time of 1:52.82 at the MIT Final Qualifying Meet was a personal record and moved Flynn from sixth place all-time at Bates to fifth place.

2015-16:

Indoor Highlights: Ranked 11th in Division III in distance medley relay with 10:07.83 run at Tufts Last Chance Meet…. Open New Englands: Broke team 4x800 relay record (7:42.43)…. Maine State Meet: State champion in 400 meters (51.15).

Outdoor Highlights: New England DIII Championships: Fifth place in 4x400 relay…. NESCAC Championships: Third place (All-NESCAC) in 4x800 relay…. Maine State Meet: Fourth place in 800 meters.
