Outdoor Highlights: Placed ninth, one place out of team scoring, with his season-best time of 9:47.24 in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the New England Division III Championships.... Won the 3,000-meter steeplechase (9:58.05) at the Maine State Men's Outdoor Track & Field Championships.... Placed 10th out of 24 men in the 3,000-meter steeplechase, in 9:57.07 at the Silfen Invitational.... Ran a career-best time of 15:54.77 in the 5,000 meters at the Bates, RPI, MIT, Tufts Quad Meet.
Indoor Highlights: Did not compete during the indoor track and field season.
2018
Outdoor Highlights: Ran the 3,000-meter steeplechase in a personal-record time of 9:36.58, 23rd out of 31 athletes at Open New Englands.... Placed third in the 3,000-meter steeplechase (10:03.20) at the Maine State Men's Outdoor Track & Field Championships.... Ran a personal best time of 4:10.89 in the 1,500 meters at the UNH Wildcat Invitational.
Indoor Highlights: Did not compete during the indoor track and field season.
2017
Outdoor Highlights: Took fourth place (9:52.53) in the 3,000-meter steeplechase and ran the 400-meter hurdles a personal-best time of 1:03.76 at the Maine State Men's Outdoor Track & Field Championships.
Indoor Highlights: Helped Bates place eighth in the distance medley relay race at the New England Division III Men's Indoor Championships.... Ran a personal-best time of 2:38.63 in the 1,000 meters at the Valentine Invitational.... Placed seventh in the 800 meters at the Maine State Meet with a personal-best time of 2:04.70.... Won the 1,000 meters (2:44.90) at the USM Invitational.
2016

Indoor Highlights: Helped Bates win the distance medley relay (11:26.69) at the USM Invitational.... Helped Bates win the 4x400 relay (3:42.69) at the Bates Invitational.
