Outdoor Highlights: Took fifth in the 1500 meters in 4:04.37 at the Maine State Classic (April 23).... Ran a career-best 1500 meters (4:03.93) at the Silfen Invitational (April 15-16).... Ran a career-best 800 meters (2:01.45) at the Tufts Quad Meet (April 9).... Took third in the 1500 meters in 4:11.13 at the Bates Quad Meet (April 2).

Indoor Highlights: Competed at the New England Championships and helped Bates place 12th in the 4x800 relay in 8:18.84 (Feb. 15-16).... Helped Bates finish third in the 4x800 relay in 8:31.01 at the Maine State Meet (Feb. 5).

2021

Outdoor Highlights: Finished seventh in the 5000 meters in 15:55.13 at the Bates, Bowdoin, Colby Meet #3 (May 1).... Won the 1500 meters in 4:07.44 at the Bates, Bowdoin, Colby Meet #2 (April 24).

2020

Indoor Highlights: Placed fourth in the mile (4:31.22) at the Maine State Meet.... Ran a career-best time of 4:19.66 in the mile at the John Thomas Terrier Classic.... Placed sixth in the 3,000 meters with a career-best time of 8:59.77 at the Bates Invitational.... Placed third in the 1,000 meters (2:38.55) and helped Bates take third in the 4x800 relay (8:46.03) at the Bates-Colby-MIT Tri-Meet.

2019

Outdoor Highlights: Helped Bates place sixth in the 4x800 relay with a time of 7:53.16 at the New England Division III Championships.... Ran a season-best time in the 800 meters (2:08.97) and the 1,500 meters (4:07.14), placing 18th and sixth respectively at the Maine State Meet.

Indoor Highlights: Placed 17th in the mile (4:28.81) at the New England Division III Men's Indoor Championships.... Placed first in the 1,000 meters (season-best 2:37.70) at the Bowdoin Invitational.... Ran the mile in a season-best 4:24.56 at the Valentine Invitational.... Placed fourth in the mile (4:25.39) at the Maine State Men's Indoor Championships.... Ran a season-best time of 15:44.36 at the John Thomas Terrier Classic.... Placed second in the 3,000 meters (season-best 9:12.48) at the Bates Invitational.
