Outdoor Highlights: Competed at the NESCAC Championship and placed 19th in the 5,000 meters in 15:21.06 (April 26).... Took 13th in the 5,000 meters in a season-best time of 15:09.07 at the Black & Gold Invitational (March 28-29). 

Indoor Highlights: Placed fourth in the mile in 4:25.12 at the Bobcat Tune-up (Feb. 22).... Took sixth in the 1,000 meters in a career-best time of 2:38.02 at the Maine State Meet (Feb. 8).... Helped Bates place third in the Distance Medley Relay in 10:38.63 at Middlebury's Small College Invitational (Jan. 26).

2024

Outdoor Highlights: Finished eighth in the 5,000 meters with a career-best time of 15:03.15 at the NESCAC Championships (April 27).... Took fourth in the 5,000 meters in 15:37.81 at the UMASS Commonwealth Invitational (April 13).... Ran a career-best time of 4:03.73 in the 1,500 meters at the UMASS Flagship Opener (April 7).

Indoor Highlights: Helped the Distance Medley Relay team place fourth in 10:24.09 at the New England Division III Indoor Championship (Feb. 25).... Ran a career-best mile of 4:18.21 at the Valentine Invitational (Feb. 9-10).... Took third in the mile in 4:23.56 and helped the 4x800 relay team place second in 8:17.95 at the Maine State Meet (Feb. 3).... Took seventh in the mile in 4:23.10 and helped the Distance Medley Relay team place sixth in 10:48.62 at Middlebury's New England Small College Invite (Jan. 28).... Placed eighth in the 3,000 meters in a career-best time of 8:48.41 at the Bates Invitational (Jan. 20).... Placed fourth in the mile in 4:28.50 at the Suffolk Relays (Dec. 2, 2023).

2023

Outdoor Highlights: Placed 8th in the 1,500 meters with a personal-best time of 4:04.12 at the UMASS Commonwealth Invitational (April 15).... Placed fourth in the 800 meters with a personal-best time of 2:01.48 at the Bates College Quad Meet (April 1).

Indoor Highlights: Placed 10th in the mile with a personal-best time of 4:20.74 at the Tufts National Qualifying Meet (March 4).... Placed seventh in the 1,000 meters with a personal-best time of 2:39.19 at the Maine State Meet (Feb. 4).... Ran a personal-best time of 8:58.40 in the 3,000 meters at the Middlebury Small College Invite (Jan. 29).

2022

Outdoor Highlights: Ran a season-best 5K time of 15:43.55 at the Tufts Quad Meet (April 9).

Indoor Highlights: Ran a season-best 3K time of 9:12.39, taking fifth at the Lynn Ruddy Invitational (Feb. 18-19).

Personal: 2021 graduate of Harriton High School (Pa.) where he competed in cross country and track & field.
