Outdoor Highlights: NESCAC Spring All-Academic selection.... Helped Bates place third in the 4x400 relay (3:26.01) at the Maine State Outdoor Track and Field Championships.... Helped Bates place third in the 4x400 relay (3:33.49) at the UNH Wildcat Invitational.
Indoor Highlights: NESCAC Winter All-Academic selection.... Finished fourth in the 600 meters (career-best 1:26.36) and helped Bates win the 4x400 relay (3:28.87) at the Maine State Men's Indoor Championships.... Took second place in the 600 meters (1:27.22) and helped Bates win the distance medley relay (11:51.33) at the USM Invitational.
2018
Outdoor Highlights: NESCAC Spring All-Academic selection.... Helped Bates place seventh in the 4x400 relay (3:25.46) at the NESCAC Championships.... Helped Bates place third in the 4x400 relay (3:25.84) at the Maine State Men's Outdoor Track & Field Championships.... Ran a career-best time of 2:00.81 in the 800 meters and helped Bates place second in the 4x400 relay with a time of 3:24.77 at the UNH Wildcat Invitational.
Indoor Highlights: NESCAC Winter All-Academic selection.... Helped the distance medley relay team finish 14th in the country with a season-best time of 10:02.92 at the Tufts National Qualifying Meet.... Led three Bobcats in the 400-meter dash with a time of 50.64 seconds at the Valentine Invitational.... Placed third in the 400 meters (52.56) and helped Bates take third in the 4x400 (3:31.99) at the Maine State Indoor Championships.... Helped Bates win the 4x400 relay in 3:29.76 at the Bates Invitational.... Placed third in the 800 meters (2:04.33) and helped Bates place second in the 4x400 relay (3:34.28) at the Bates-Colby-MIT Tri-Meet.
2017: Earned USTFCCCA All-Academic honors by competing in the NCAA Track & Field Indoor Championships and compiling a cumulative GPA of at least 3.30.
Outdoor Highlights: NESCAC Spring All-Academic selection.... Helped Bates break the meet record in the 4x400 relay (3:21.26) at the Maine State Men's Outdoor Championships.... Finished fifth in the 400-meter dash (51.61) in a home meet with MIT, Tufts and RPI.... Helped Bates win the 4x400 relay in 3:24.78, 0.23 ahead of Maine, in the Bobcats' season-opening meet with Maine and the University of New Hampshire.
Indoor Highlights: NESCAC Winter All-Academic selection.... Helped Bates finish in 10th place with a time of 10:08.21 in the distance at the NCAA Championships.... Helped the Bates 4x400 relay team finish 11th in 3:21.68, 0.02 off of Bates' season-best time, at Open New Englands.... Helped Bates take fifth place in the 4x400 relay at the New England Division III Men's Indoor Championships.... Helped the Bobcats achieve a record-breaking performance in the DMR at Boston University's David Hemery Valentine Invitational, with a time of 9:49.74, the sixth-fastest DMR ever run by a Division III team.... Also ran a personal-record 50.22 seconds in the 400-meter dash at the same meet, moving into seventh place on Bates' all-time performance list in the event.... Took third place in the 400-meter dash (50.80) to help Bates win the Maine State Men's Indoor Championship.... Moved into fourth place on Bates' all-time performance list in the 500-meter run, with his time of 1:05.81 and helped Bates win the distance medley relay race at the John Thomas Terrier Classic at Boston University.... Won the 400-meter dash in a time of 51.17 seconds, 1.58 seconds ahead of runner-up Alec Binette of Bryant, and helped Bates come in second by 0.15 seconds to Maine in the 4x400 relay at the Bates Invitational.... Won the 400-meter dash in 51.96 seconds and helped Bates win the 4x400 relay in 3:27.88 in the Bobcats' season-opening meet with MIT and Colby.
2016
Outdoor Highlights: Helped Bates finish fourth in the 4x400 relay (3:33.03) at the Maine State Meet.... Took fifth in the 400 meters (52.64) and helped Bates place second in the 4x400 relay (3:23.64) at the University of New Hampshire.... Helped Bates place second in the 4x400 relay (3:26.35) at the MIT Quad Meet.
