Outdoor Highlights: Ran a season-best time of 3:54.28 in the 1,500 meters at the MIT Final Qualifier (May 15).... Took sixth in the 1,500 meters in 3:56.74 at the UMass Flagship Opener (April 5).... Placed third in the 5,000 meters in a season-best time of 14:50.44 at the Black & Gold Invitational (March 28-29). 

Indoor Highlights: Placed sixth in the mile with a season-best time of 4:13.62 at the Tufts Final Qualifier (March 8).... Competed at the New England Division III Indoor Championship and helped the Distance Medley Relay team finish runner-up in 10:04.72 while also placing sixth in the 3,000 meters in a season-best time of 8:23.04 (Feb. 28-March 1).... Helped the 4x800 relay team win the state championship in 8:09.08 while taking third individually in the mile in 4:17.23 at the Maine State Meet (Feb. 8).... Won the 3,000 meters in 8:36.95 at the Bates Invitational (Jan. 18).

Personal: 2024 graduate of Wellesley (Mass.) where he competed in XC and track & field.
