Outdoor Highlights: Helped Bates take 14th place in the 4x400 relay (3:26:36) at the New England Division III Championships.... Helped Bates place eighth in the 4x800 relay with a time of 8:18.17 at the NESCAC Championships.... Won the 800-meter run (1:55.77) at the Maine State Men's Outdoor Track & Field Championships.... Helped Bates place third in the 4x400 relay in 3:33.49 at the UNH Wildcat Invitational.

Indoor Highlights: NESCAC Winter All-Academic selection.... Took fourth place in the 600 meters in 1:23.24 and helped Bates take third in the distance medley relay (10:19.57) at the New England Division III Men's Indoor Track & Field Championships.... Won the 600 meters (1:22.70) among 15 runners and helped Bates win the DMR in 10:38.71 at the Bowdoin Invitational.... Won the 600 meters in 1:23.22 and helped Bates place second in the 4x800 relay (8:11.81) at the Maine State Men's Indoor Championships.... Took second place in the 800 meters (2:01.98) and helped Bates win the 4x400 relay at the Bates Invitational.... Placed second in the 600-meter run (1:26.76) and helped Bates win the 4x800 relay at the Bates, Colby, MIT Tri-Meet.

2018

Outdoor Highlights: NESCAC Spring All-Academic selection.... Helped Bates finish eighth in the 4x800 relay in 7:46.37 at Open New Englands.... Placed 11th in the 800 meters (1:55.27) at the New England Division III Outdoor Championships.... Helped Bates seventh in the 4x400 relay at the NESCAC Championships.... Placed third out of 25 men in the 800 meters (1:56.86) and helped Bates place third in the 4x400 relay at the Maine State Championships.... Helped Bates finish second in the 4x400 relay with a time of 3:24.7 at the UNH Wildcat Invitational.

Indoor Highlights: NESCAC Winter All-Academic selection.... Had a hand in half the team's points at the New England Division III Men's Indoor Championships, taking third place in both the 600 meters and the distance medley relay.... Won the 600-meter run in 1:22.67 at the Maine State Championships.... Won the 800 meters in 2:01.99 and helped Bates win the 4x400 relay in 3:29.76 at the Bates Invitational.... Won the 600-meter run and helped Bates place second in the distance medley relay at the Bates-Colby-MIT Tri-Meet.

2017

Outdoor Highlights: NESCAC Spring All-Academic selection.... Helped Bates win the 4x400 relay in 3:24.78 against Maine and New Hampshire.... Helped Bates break the meet record in the 4x400 relay at the Maine State Men's Outdoor Championships (3:21.26).... Helped Bates take second place in the 4x800 relay (7:50.68) at the NESCAC Championships.... Helped Bates place seventh in the 4x400 relay at the New England Division III Outdoor Championships.

Indoor Highlights: NESCAC Winter All-Academic selection.... Won the 1,000 meters in 2:37.41 and helped Bates win the 4x400 relay in 3:27.88 against MIT and Colby.... Helped Bates finish second by 0.15 seconds to Maine in the 4x400 relay at the Bates Invitational.... Moved into ninth place on the program's all-time top 10 list with his time of 1:54.66 in the 800-meter run at the John Thomas Terrier Classic at Boston University.... Placed fifth in the 1,000 meters (2:37.03) to help Bates win the Maine State Men's Indoor Championships.... Finished the 500-meter run in 1:06.64 at Boston University's David Hemery Valentine Invitational, moving onto Bates' all-time top 10 list in the event at No. 7.

2016

Outdoor Highlights: Helped Bates place fifth in the 4x400 relay at the New England Division III Track and Field Championships.... Ran a career-best time of 10:05.93 and placed fifth in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Maine State Meet.

Indoor Highlights: Ran a career-best time of 1:21.82 and placed fourth in the 600 meters at the New England Division III Indoor Championships.... Helped Bates win the state title in the 4x800 relay (7:58.27).
