Outdoor Highlights: Won the 10,000 meters in a season-best time of 33:19.06 at the Maine State Intercollegiate Championship (April 18-19).... Recorded a season-best time of 15:52.56 at the Black & Gold Invitational (March 28-29).

Indoor Highlights: Placed 13th in the 1,000 meters in 2:45.47 at the Maine State Meet (Feb. 8).... Ran a season-best time of 9:15.37 in the 3,000 meters at the Bates Invitational (Jan. 18). 

Personal: 2024 graduate of Acton-Boxborough Regional High School (Mass.) where he competed in XC and track & field ... ABRHS Class Scholar ... DAR American History Award ... National Honor Society.

What’s a value or principle you try to live by?
I like to live by the ethical principle of Immanuel Kant’s categorical imperative. I particularly like the second formulation of this imperative which states that humanity ought to be treated as an end in itself and never solely as a means. This principle helps guide me to lead a fulfilling and happy life.
