Outdoor Highlights: Placed ninth in the 1,500 meters in a season-best time of 4:03.52 at the Maine State Intercollegiate Championship (April 18-19).... Won the 1,500 meters in 4:18.55 at the Carla Coffey Invitational (April 11-12).

Indoor Highlights: Won the 1,000 meters in 2:38.80 at the Lynn Ruddy Invite (Feb. 15).... Placed 16th in the 1,000 meters with a season-best time of 2:36.09 at the Suffolk Relays (Jan. 11).... Placed 17th in the 3,000 meters with a season-best time of 8:58.50 at the TRACK at new balance Early Bird Invite (Dec. 7, 2024).

Personal: 2024 graduate of Saint Raphael Academy where he competed in XC, track & field, and soccer ... State champion in 4x8 ... All-State in 1,500 and XC.

A place you've visited that left a lasting impression on you? The village of Évora in Portugal. One small store for the whole village. A lot of agriculture. Narrow roads, and more bikes then cars.
