Outdoor Highlights: NESCAC Spring All-Academic selection.... Competed at the NESCAC Championships and placed 29th in the 1,500 meters (4:25.70).
Indoor Highlights: Placed fifth in the 600 meters (1:26.66) and helped Bates finish second in the 4x800 relay (8:11.81) at the Maine State Men's Indoor Championships.... Took third place in the 600 meters (1:30.15) and helped Bates win the distance medley relay (11:51.33) at the USM Invitational.
2018
Outdoor Highlights: Helped Bates take third in the 4x800 relay (season-best 7:50.82) at the New England Division III Outdoor Championships.... Helped Bates take sixth place in the 4x800 relay (8:04.86) at the NESCAC Championships.
Indoor Highlights: Led off in the 1,200 meters in the distance medley relay, helping Bates take third in 10:23.85 at the New England Division III Men's Indoor Championships.... Ran a career-best time of 1:58.11 in the 800 meters at the Valentine Invitational.... Placed second in the 1,000 meters (career-best 2:35.68) and helped Bates finish second in the 4x800 relay (8:09.33) at the Maine State Indoor Championships.... Took second place in the 800 meters in 2:07.29 and helped Bates place second in the 4x400 relay (3:49.88) at the USM Invitational.... Won the 1,000 meters in 2:38.43 and helped Bates win the 4x800 relay (8:34.49) at the Bates Invitational.
2017
Outdoor Highlights: Helped Bates finish fifth in the 4x400 relay in 3:27.55 at the NESCAC Championships.... Placed third in the 1,500 meters (4:07.08) at the Maine State Men's Outdoor Track & Field Championships.... Placed fifth in the 800 meters (2:01.72) in the Bobcats' home meet with MIT, Tufts and RPI.... Placed third in the 1,500 meters (4:09.15) in the Bobcats' outdoor season opener with Maine and New Hampshire.
Indoor Highlights: Helped Bates place fourth in the 4x800 relay with a time of 7:49.15 at Open New Englands.... Finished fourth in the 600-meter run (1:26.38) and helped Bates win the 4x800 relay (8:05.27) as the Bobcats won the Maine State Men's Indoor Championship.... Helped Bates place second in the 4x800 relay (8:07.50) at the Bates Invitational.
2016
Outdoor Highlights: Placed seventh with a personal-best time of 4:02.43 in the 1,500 meters at the MIT Quad Meet.... Placed eighth with a personal-best time of 15:43.00 in the 5,000 meters in a tri-meet with UMaine and UNH.
Indoor Highlights: Placed fifth in the 800 meters (2:00.19) at the Maine State Meet.... Ran a personal-best 4:26.92 in the mile run at the Terrier Classic.
