Outdoor Highlights: Placed second in the javelin with a personal-record throw of 152-6 (46.48m) at the Maine State Classic (April 19-20).

2023

Outdoor Highlights: Took fifth place in the javelin with a season-best throw of 147-10 (45.07m) at the Maine State Classic (April 22).... Took seventh in the javelin with a top throw of 139-6 (42.53m) at the RPI Tri-Meet (April 8).... Finished sixth in the javelin with a top effort of 127-0 (38.71m) at the Bates College Quad Meet (April 1).

2022

Outdoor Highlights: Finished 16th in the javelin (129-11) at the NESCAC Championships (April 30).... Took eighth in the javelin with a season-best throw of 135-10 at the Tufts Quad Meet (April 9).

Indoor Highlights: Ran a career-best time of 25.94 seconds in the 200 meters and a career-best time of 7.13 seconds in the 55 meters at the USM Invitational (Jan. 30).... Finished 15th in the 60-meter dash with a career-best time of 7.69 seconds at the Bates Invitational (Jan. 22).

2021

Outdoor Highlights: Finished fifth in the javelin throw with a career-best heave of 137-6 (41.91m) at the Bates, Bowdoin, Colby Meet #2 (April 24).

Personal: 2020 graduate of Belchertown (Mass.) High School where he competed in football, track & field, and basketball.... Also a defensive back on the Bates football team.
