Outdoor Highlights: NESCAC Spring All-Academic selection.... Helped Bates take 14th place in the 4x400 relay (3:26:36) at the New England Division III Championships.... Placed fourth in both the 400 meters (53.07) and the 200 (23.52) at the UNH Wildcat Invitational.
Indoor Highlights: NESCAC Winter All-Academic selection.... Helped Bates place seventh in the 4x400 relay at the New England Division III Men's Indoor Track & Field Championships.... Placed third in the 400 meters (52.08) at the Bowdoin Invitational.... Helped Bates win the 4x400 relay in 3:28.87 at the Maine State Men's Indoor Championships.... Ran the 400-meter dash in a career-best 51.54 seconds at the BU Terrier Classic.... Helped Bates win the 4x400 relay at the Bates Invitational.... Helped Bates place second in the 4x400 relay (3:37.18) at the Bates, Colby, MIT Tri-Meet.
2018

Indoor Highlights: NESCAC Winter All-Academic selection.... Finished third in the 400-meter dash (54.00) at the USM Invitational.... Took second place in the 400 meters (54.02) at the Bates Invitational.
2017
Outdoor Highlights: NESCAC Spring All-Academic selection.... Helped Bates' 4x100 relay team finish third in 46.35 at the UNH Wildcat Invitational.... Helped Bates finish fifth in the 4x400 relay in 3:27.55 at the NESCAC Championships.
Indoor Highlights: NESCAC Winter All-Academic selection.... Won the 600-meter run in 1:24.46, 0.25 seconds ahead of runner-up Christopher Wrenn of Bryant at the Bates Invitational.... Helped Bates place eighth in the distance medley relay race at the New England Division III Men's Indoor Championships.
