Outdoor Highlights: NESCAC Spring All-Academic selection.... Competed at the New England Division III Outdoor Championships and placed 12th in the 400-meter hurdles in 56.18 seconds (May 2-3).... Competed at the NESCAC Championship and took 10th in the 400-meter hurdles in 56.03 seconds (April 26).... Helped Bates place second in the 4x400 relay in 3:31.15 and took third individually in the 400 meters in 52.09 seconds at the Carla Coffey Invitational (April 11-12).... Placed second in the 400-meter hurdles in 58.31 seconds at the UMASS Flagship Opener (April 5).... Took fifth in the 400-meter hurdles in 57.59 seconds at the Black & Gold Invitational (March 28-29).

Outdoor Highlights: NESCAC Spring All-Academic selection.... Placed fourth in the 400-meter hurdles in a career-best time of 54.14 seconds at the MIT Final Qualifier (May 16).... Finished sixth in the 400-meter hurdles in 54.78 seconds at the Farley Inter Regional Extravaganza (May 10-11).... Took fifth in the 400-meter hurdles and helped Bates place eighth in the 4x400 relay in 3:23.00 at the New England Division III Outdoor Championship (May 4).... Helped Bates place fifth in the 4x400 relay in 3:22.03 and took sixth in the 400-meter hurdles in 55.38 seconds at the NESCAC Championships (April 27).... Took fifth in the 400-meter hurdles in 56.49 seconds at the Maine State Classic (April 19-20).... Placed third in the 400-meter hurdles in 57.15 seconds at the UMASS Commonwealth Invitational (April 13).... Helped the Bates 4x400 relay team take fourth place in 3:23.83 and ran a career-best time of 50.41 seconds in the 400 meters at the UMASS Flagship Opener (April 7).... Helped the Bates 4x400 relay team place fifth in 3:26.17 at the Black & Gold Invitational (March 29-30).... Won the 400-meter hurdles in 58.04 seconds at the Wesleyan Swanson Invite (March 23).

Indoor Highlights: NESCAC Winter All-Academic selection.... Competed at the New England Division III Indoor Championship and ran a career-best time of 1:25.37 in the 600 meters while helping the Bates 4x400 relay team take 11th in 3:25.36 (Feb. 25).... Placed fourth in the 600 meters in 1:25.38 and helped the Bates 4x400 relay team finish in fourth place in 3:27.46 at the Maine State Meet (Feb. 3).... Helped Bates win the 4x400 relay in 3:22.73 at Middlebury's New England Small College Invite (Jan. 28).... Took fifth in the 400 meters in 52.18 seconds at the Bates Invitational (Jan. 20).... Helped Bates win the 4x400 relay in 3:28.86 and placed fourth individually in the 800 meters in 2:04.48 at the Brandeis Reggie Poyau Memorial Meet (Jan. 13).... Took third in the 500 meters in 1:07.37 and helped Bates place fourth in the 4x400 relay in 3:27.22 at the Joe Donahue Games (Dec. 8, 2023).

2023

Outdoor Highlights: Helped the 4x400 relay team take fourth place in 3:21.63 at the New England Division III Championships (May 6).... Helped the 4x400 relay team finish eighth in 3:26.24 at the NESCAC Championships (April 29).... Helped Bates win the 4x400 relay in 3:30.61 and placed fifth in the 400 meters in 51.59 seconds at the Maine State Classic (April 22).... Helped the 4x400 relay team achieve a time of 3:19.34, the seventh fastest mark in Bates history, good for second place at the UMASS Commonwealth Invitational (April 15).... Took second in the 400 meters in 52.02 seconds at the Bates College Quad Meet (April 1).

Indoor Highlights: Helped the Bates 4x400 relay team take eighth place at the New England Division III Championships in 3:25.14 (Feb. 25).... Ran a season-best 600 meters of 1:27.46, good for third at the Lynn Ruddy Invite (Feb. 18).... Helped Bates place second in the 4x400 relay in 3:29.10 and took fifth in the 600 meters in 1:27.71 at the Maine State Meet (Feb. 4).... Helped Bates place second in the 4x400 relay in 3:28.05 and took third in the 400 meters in 53.57 seconds at the Bates Invitational (Jan. 21).... Helped the 4x400 relay take second in 3:34.32 and took seventh in the 200 meters in a season-best 24.20 seconds at the MIT Tri-Meet (Jan. 14).
