Outdoor Highlights: Ran a personal-record time of 53.09 seconds in the 400 meters at the Black & Gold Invitational (March 29).

Indoor Highlights: Placed ninth in the 600 meters in 1:35.68 at the Lynn Ruddy Invitational (Feb. 10).... Helped the Bates 4x400 relay team take sixth place in 3:30.37 at Middlebury's New England Small College Invitational (Jan. 28).

2023

Outdoor Highlights: Ran a season-best time of 53.69 seconds in the 400 meters at the RPI Tri-Meet (April 8).

Indoor Highlights: Ran a season-best time of 24.56 seconds in the 200 meters at the Maine State Meet (Feb. 4).... Took third in the 600 meters in a season-best time of 1:35.51 at the Bates Invitational (Jan. 21).

Personal: 2022 graduate of St. George's International School in Luxembourg.
