Biography

2017-18: Rowed with the third varsity eight at the bow position, finishing second to WPI on Lake Quinsigamond (April 8).

2016-17: NESCAC Spring All-Academic selection.... Rowed for the third varsity eight at the National Invitational Rowing Championships in the Bow seat as the M3V8 finished second to Hobart in the grand final.... Bates won the 2017 NESCAC Championship.

2015-16: Rowed for the men's open four as the Bobcats finished fifth out of 21 teams at the National Invitational Rowing Championships.
