2025: NESCAC Fall All-Academic selection.... Competed at the Paul Short Run and turned in a career-best 8K time to date with a mark of 25:58.3, good for 128th place in a field of 407 runners (Oct. 3).... Took eighth place at the Maine State Meet with a time of 26:28.3 (Sept. 20).

2024: NESCAC Fall All-Academic selection.... Competed at the NCAA East Region Cross Country Championships and placed 46th in 26:15.5 (Nov. 16).... Competed at the NESCAC Cross Country Championships and took 54th with a season-best time of 26:00.8 (Nov. 2).... Took ninth at the Maine State Championship with a time of 26:10.4 (Sept. 21).

2023: Competed at the NESCAC Championships and placed 70th with a time of 27:23 as a rookie for the Bobcats (Oct. 28).... Ran a season-best time of 26:41 at the Connecticut College Invitational (Oct. 14).

Minor: Mathematics

Personal: 2023 graduate of Coe-Brown Northwood Academy (N.H.) where he competed in XC and track & field ... Salutatorian. 

What is something you've changed your mind about in the last few years?
I really like waking up early to run, which would have been unthinkable to me freshman year.

What is a challenge you're glad you faced?
Going abroad!

What is something you're currently working to improve about yourself?
I’m trying to develop a more positive mindset.
