Someone that is committed to the common goal and willing to support their teammate however they can to achieve. Also, someone that has the ability to be supportive and uplifting regardless of results on the day.
What is something about you that people often don't expect?
That I do wildlife photography in addition to running. I have been doing photography pretty consistently since about 5th grade.
