Career: One of 90 Senior Scholar Award-winners, who have participated in varsity sports for four years and maintained a cumulative grade point average of 3.50 or better. 

2024: Team captain.... NESCAC Fall All-Academic selection.... Earned All-Region honors with a 22nd place finish at the NCAA Division III East Region Cross Counry Championships, crossing the finish line in 25:37.1 (Nov. 16).... Placed 38th at the NESCAC Championships with a time of 25:41.1 (Nov. 2).... Ran a career-best 8K time of 25:09.6 and placed 50th at the Connecticut College Invitational (Oct. 19).... Took ninth at the Bates Invitational in 25:35 (Oct. 5).... Placed sixth at the Maine State Championship with a time of 26:02.9 (Sept. 21).

2023: Team captain.... Named to the College Sports Communicators Men's XC/Track & Field Academic All-District® Team.... NESCAC Fall All-Academic selection.... Competed at the NCAA Division III East Region Cross Country Championships and placed 23rd with a season-best time of 25:24.9 (Nov. 11).... Placed 50th at the NESCAC Championships with a time of 26:53.7 (Oct. 28).

2022: NESCAC Fall All-Academic selection.... Ran a career-best time of 26:01.6, placing 69th out of 152 runners at the NESCAC Championships (Oct. 29).

2021: Posted a season-best time of 26:53.3 and finished 20th out of 208 individuals at the Connecticut College Invitational (Oct. 16).

Personal: 2021 graduate of Vergennes Union High School (VT) where he competed in cross country and track & field.
