By using our collective voice to make an impact, words will be put into action through the formation of Bates Athletics Agents of Change. Bates Athletics Agents of Change will be comprised of SAAC members, staff and coaches, members from the Bates Athletes of Color Coalition and additional student-athletes who are dedicated to creating a sense of belonging for all members of the athletics department. The charge of this group is to work collaboratively with key constituents to define, develop and prioritize recommendations related to equity and inclusion for the athletics department.
